Tile Backer Boards
Our Tile Backer Boards have an extruded Polystyrene core and are covered with mesh and cement on both faces.
They are ideal for use under tiles on both timber and concrete subfloors. Supplied in 6mm & 10mm these boards come in a standard 600mm x 1200mm dimension covering 0.72m2 per board however it is suggested to allow 10% additional for wastage.

Use the equation below to calculate your required number of boards.

m2 divided by 0.72 plus 10% for wastage = qty of boards

XPS Boards
Our XPS is a mesh - non-coated - extruded Polystyrene board, suitable for use under tiles over concrete subfloors only or under floating wood floors on both timber and concrete substrates.
Supplied in 6mm, these boards come in a standard 600mm x 1200mm dimension covering 0.72m2 however it is suggested to allow 10% additional for wastage.

Use the equation below to calculate your required number of boards.

ExpressPro Panels
Express Underfloor Heating's ExpressPro panels are the most popular boards on the market for retro fit installations. Made from EPS400 insulation and covered with a 100 micron foil these panels allow you to install water underfloor heating in any room onto any subfloor and be covered with almost all floor coverings.
Supplied in a 16mm and 20mm depth ExpressPro Panels come in a standard 600mm x 1200mm dimension covering 0.72m2 per board.

ExpressDeck Panels
Express Underfloor Heating's ExpressDeck panels provide a low-profile underfloor heating system, which incorporates a cementitious surface layer which can be tiled directly onto, whilst consisting of a high-density XPS insulation, at 16/18mm thick.
The face of the panel is cement-coated, making it rigid and durable. It is grooved to take 12/16mm UFH pipework, with a radius return grooved into each panel, making the panel universal. Additional pipework channels can easily be routed/ grooved into the panel.
